Also also also, I am new here and to the world of cryptocurrency, and I have a question. Where is a good resource to find out "when Steem takes a dip to 1.60" (but obviously more general). I have no idea when to cash out and when to hold. I don't want to take too much of your time, but I am LOST on that front.
