Yes, you need at least 300 SP.

That hasn't been my experience, I've got 200 (of you include the 27 delegated to me from sign up) and can choose between 1-100%.
It must be changed, then, or the number was indeed lower. Anyway, that's what was in my mind, I'm happy you could do it even earlier.

Thanks for the update. I spend most of my time on the web interface. I like having a full sized keyboard.
I just invested in a laptop an am enjoying the keys again!
