RE: How Do You Promote/Present Steemit To People/Students/Youths, Living In Developing Nations In General?

in #steemit7 years ago

Since kids these days are really proactive about their finances and are active on social media, I'm sure they'll appreciate a social media platform that gives them a return value for the time they spend. That's the big draw of Steemit for them, I think.

Yes but some kids aren't ready yet. Look at what you do with your blogs, then look at #philippines and you will see how you stand out. The underlying message in my post is same as yours "return value for the time they spend".

That's so nice of you to say, man. But, I don't think the quality really matters, even though we hope it would. I've seen a lot of posts that are arguably of lesser quality (formatting, grammar, content) than mine but still make considerably more. While we hope to encourage great quality posts, I guess it'll improve over time. We just need to get people in the door.

Yes, there are other factors and behind the scenes. Value is also created behind the scenes and loads of it. Like you said, we just need to get people in the door.
