I've come across a bunch of users who are ranting about Steemit's functionality or about how Steemit is just a chosen few's playground and that nobody else but cute girls are really making any money on it. I just wanted to write something short and sweet that will hopefully deter you from following suit.
Steemit, as you can see on the website's logo, is in beta testing phase. Which means that it is still being tested, but on a real world, real time scenario with real people as end users. Now, our job here is to test out the product, whether we get paid or not, and provide USEFUL feedback for the developers. Said developers will then take this information and use it to make necessary changes or improvements to the website and along the way, create a buzz throughout the internet about the product, which in this case, is the Steemit website AND STEEM, which is not only new to the cryptocurrency world, it is unchartered territory for the majority of people who use social media.
Now, after knowing this as a fact: Why should we feel entitled to rant about a project that we know little to nothing about? Shouldn't we just be happy that we got here before it hits momentum and millions of people start signing up? I think some are not seeing the big picture here.
We have to look at Steemit from another angle. Maybe you should look at it from ALL possible angles. Envision the possible outcomes. Now narrow that down to a few probabilities. I am sure that if the whole community voted on this, the majority would see a very positive outcome for early adopters. And yes, WE are the early adopters.
I want to clarify that I am not sucking up to anyone for a couple of dollars. I am sure that if I write original, high-quality posts consistently, some people will vote me up and some will maybe vote me down. As long as I say my peace, I'm good.

The reason they are ranting is because Steem is like the real world, there are
And than you see yourself you have non of these. And you think your life is unfair. OK maybe it is but in real nobody cares.
Some of us may have none of the above, but everyone is good at SOMETHING. We just have to focus on what we know and write about that. Time will pass, things WILL get better for us.
I agree that people should not complain so much. Just do your best and hope to get noticed.
