While I do hate to see the circle jerks that go around among some of the top whales, what can @nextgencrypto do for me? Your post is feeding on negativity, what others are doing that sucks, rather than what good @nextgencrypto can do for the community.
In general we need to get away from the idea of what other witnesses can't do and more towards what this witness can do. I'm all ears when it comes to voting for witnesses, its the most important vote you can make on steemit. But a quick glance at @nextgencrypto's page, this user hasn't posted anything in 4 months and follows 1 person, why should I give them my witness vote?
Would mine qualify for anything in your mind?

I am not sure i follow your question. I am not asking for any help with anything other than just vote for me as a Witness. That is what i thought the conversation was about.
While everybody here makes a little bit of money (or a lot) I actually SPEND a lot as a Witness and did not get a cent for it yet. It would be very nice if even a little bit of my hard expenses were compensated, I am not even talking about ALL my expenses covered.

Why would you witness, or particularly, ask for witness votes with 112 followers, 46 rep, after being around a month, and expect anything else?
You're doing it totally wrong.
