Yeah for sure can
I beleive they can.....all it will take them is to expand.
We all have our origin,Google started from somewhere and today it rules.
Steemit has started and will oneday rules.
If the newbies educate themselves with the Whitepaper first then the flood will be a soothing one for sure!
