Hmm i think its also a cultural thing. Geographical in a way. Follow me - means like - click the button so you can get notifications about my posts. I would say follow me to you, only if i think that my posts will benefit you in any way.. If thats not the case, it would be the same as if i see you on the street, approach and say, hey lets be good friends. At some places, its like.. dunno. rude thing. Jusst a thought from newbie.
