The people you mentioned above with spamming comments or copying posts won't have a successful future on steemit, that's for sure.
At some point they will receive more and more flags, so that they won't be taken seriously.

do you have something real to say 3-5 times a day? If you do, it's not wrong to post 3-5 times
-> Actually I think the fewest have something important to say that frequently.
Maybe if they do a lot of research and do this for full time job.
