I was thinking about this exact idea a few hours ago when i realized just how hard it gets for me to find content I like, and how hard it is for people to find my content if it's the type that they will like. It should probably be like a recommendation engine that's based on previous content that the user has upvoted and it could also factor in the amount of time spent on an article, or employ a cloud of keywords generated by the posts that a user reads over time.
