The dark side of steemit!!

Hello guys, i wanted to talk about this a long time ago, but it took me sometime to write it.
i'm sure 100% that this happened with all the steemians in here .
what i'm talking about is the frustration of the wrong picture we got of steemit, it comes directly after posting a few articles.

ok let's start with what hapened with me from the beginnig :
i was at the coffee shop metting a freind, he's a developper we studied with each other but i changed the specialite to electrcic engineering.
Anyway, during the conversation my freind asks me "do you want to be rich!?" and i was like "who don't want to be ",he said "ok i will show you a web site that will give you good income". Honestly i didn't believe him but i act like "really!! yeah show me". then he shows me steemit.com and that moment i will never forget he shows me at the trending page the article of @adsactly, i was really shocked by what i saw the posts age is 20 minutes and he earned about 300$.

what i expected :

then i said"man! maybe this is fake" and he said "no!! it's real". I felt like OMG this is my chance i have to devote a time for this to make some money. When i back home i signup in steemit and they sent me an e-mail to hold 1 or 2 days to sent an activation e-mail.
Anyway, it took them 5 days to send that e-mail but i wasn't upset, i waited my hole for this chance so it will not bother me if i waited another 5 days. When i got the activation e-mail my happiness was indescribable, i setup my account , enter to my account and another happy surprise was waiting for me OMG!!! my level is 25 i'm going to earn from the first article.

what i found :

then you discover the ugly truth my freind yes one upvote per post which is mine and suddenly that big dream about making money from steemit becomes fake and when i searched for "how t grow up my account" i found what i all most do since day 1 be social comment the other post upote for them and follow them and they will do the same with you.
all i got is 29 followers from 700,000 accounts on steemit . by the way my content is a high quality you can chek it by your self.
I'm seeing others who sigup in the same month as me and the get 2,000 an 3,000 folloxers and the weirdest thing that they don't post any articles, i'm very sure that there's a secret that won't tell but that's not fair,i'm working here and ther's others like me but we don't have respect .
guys, i think that's stemmit comunity is not fair with the users.
