Steemit works in such a way that we as stake holders are the governing body. It is up to us to flag the posts to lower the rewards. The problem the retaliation is crushing people's blogs. This is something I have to sacrifice in order to make Steemit better for everyone as well as keep the damn thing alive

    Can anonymous flags to be implemented on HF20?

    I'm not sure what can and can't be implemented or if it even will. I am not a witness either
