I happened to be the same. then I realized that it was the first letter that the phone automatically uppercase, i fix and ready was processed the vote.

I think you type "steemgigs" in the wrong place. Not in the proxy box. in the witness box. Also you don't need the "@" symbol. Just "steemgigs". i have an awesome post coming out in a bit.
