Finally, someone saying like it is. I always fear to bring anyone onboard this platform. I dread having to do a damn day long workshop to induct people onto the platform! I fear that once they realize how pointless posting good content is unless you are kissing a whale's ass, they will leave and curse me for wasting their time.
Steemit is a great concept, but the platform needs work. All the basic things you mentioned had to be in place right from the start.
I hope someone is listening here.

I know it did attract a little attention but I'm not sure if it was from the right people or not yet.
My fear is the very same. It took me so much time and effort to not really understand this place that I just cannot bring someone I like on board.
