RE: How to make $175,000+ a year posting YouTube videos

Quick question, do you have a Terms of Service that the bid buyers is made aware of? Don't get me wrong, I'm all for what you've done here. But legally speaking...would your no refund policy hold up in court?

Not sure how much was sent to you, but if there's a contract (implicit or explicit) that a successful bid will result in an upvote, then breaking that contract would need the buyer to be made aware of and agree to terms of service that allows you (the seller) to void that contract. It's one thing to void the contract but refund the buyer (a judge would like slap you on the wrist, but no harm, no foul), but keeping the vote buyers funds puts you in the defensive position.

Definitely worth exploring with a lawyer if I were in your situation, especially given the amount of assets you dealing with at the moment.

And apologies if you do have a clear TOS. I couldn't find it on the website or FAQ, but I might have missed it.
