80 percent lowers are available through most online gun parts distributors like brownells, midwayusa etc. You still would need a mill and drill press.

80 percent lowers are not considered guns here, sorry I have no idea what Canada considers legal. I don't know where you can get a 3d printing file.

I can't, but I found a link to a company that can probably answer the international question as well as sells lowers and jigs to finish them
