RE: What Skills Do You Need To Succeed On Steemit?

in #steemit7 years ago

Wooahhh! This is worth-reading-post! I definitely agree with the delayed gratification you somewhat need to create your foundation when your just starting. Just like when your having your own business you have to be ready with the capital, in steemit the capital is your time and effort :)

Sort:

I notice that as time spent on the platform progresses everything begins to move at a quicker pace.

For example:

  • it took me 10 months to get to 1000 followers but only 2 months to get the 2nd 1000 followers.
  • it took me many posts earning zero rewards before I began to earn something on every post.
  • it took me 25 weeks of posting for the Steemit Open Mic with only 10-15 entries and only a few weeks after that to get 75-80 or more entries per week.

It takes time and a lot of effort to gain momentum but if we stick with it long enough and consistently enough it gets easier as time progresses.

I believe that everything takes time and effort. Before when I started in this platform I just wanted to earn but this platform offer more than that. We could offer help to other people who are in need.
