GETTING UP
Material:
700 grams of young jackfruit, cut into pieces
200 grams of cow tetelan
4 long bean spindles, cut into pieces
1.2 liters of coconut milk (from 1/2 of coconut)
15 pieces of whole chili
1 segang galangal finger, crushing
3 bay leaves
Salt & sugar to taste
Ground spices:
10 grains of red onion
6 cloves of garlic
2 large red peppers
5 red curly pink
4 cm turmeric, burn
4 grains of pecan, roasted
1 tbsp coriander, roasted
1 tsp grain pepper
1/4 teaspoon cumin, roasted
How to make:
- Boil water, boil young jackfruit until tender, turn off the fire, defecate, set aside.

- Sauté spices until fragrant, enter, whole cayenne pepper, bay leaves & galangal, stir until wilted, put long beans, seasoning salt & sugar, stir well, cook until long beans slightly wilted, turn off the fire.
- Pour seasoning into a pan filled with jackfruit & tetelan, turn back the stove, cook while stirring so that the coconut milk is not broken, taste test, if it is fit to turn off the fire, serve.
