yes, its and the main problem is followers don't want to engage. it's better to have 100 followers that gonna engage your post than 5000 that even care
You can't do everything yourself, asking for help or hiring those that might be better at an area you are in is smart. Do what your good at, what you love and what you enjoy.
Steemit is the most welcoming community there is. Welcoming new members with respect and guidance is very important. The people here do an amazing job!

agreed and I dont want them clogging up my feed either, tough road but well worth it, I hope, no I know.
