The problem is that there is a 7-day window between the time you pay the bots and receive the rewards. If the Sbd was higher 7 days ago and now the rewards are paid with a lower sbd, you lose money. It can go the other way too where Steem and Sbd go up when the rewards are paid. Maybe the whole value is going down at the moment, but using the bots should increase your SP consistantly.
