Not at the moment, although the option to follow and have followers is supposedly in the pipes. For now just use greenjelloconspiracy as a tag and I'll try to add a watch for it in some software I'm writing to make this place a bit easier to use. Tag it with that, whenever I see it I'll come by and comment / upvote.
My wife has a much larger social network that she's trying to bring over, predominantly same demographic. We could probably make it explode if we keep consistently tagging.
