RE: How Do You Talk To Your Friends About SteemIt?

in #steemit6 years ago

Interesting post for a Friday!

For many people, the "money" is not there or sufficient for the "instant gratification" minded people.

I joined as an investor and after investing thousands of dollars in STEEM, the return is still low in comparison with other fun and rewarding investments - stocks, silver, or real estate.

I joined to have a voice and hoped to make friends, but I have found it to be difficult to match up with "like-minded" people.

So, I have accepted that collaboration or making friends are not easy and I am only trying to have some fun while helping a few people to grow here.

What are their interests or hot buttons? Many people joined with great enthusiasm and expectation only to be disappointed and stopped. Others have found niches such as 0 posting and just upvoting to earn - perhaps like a bot (see my latest post). And, that could be like a game or programming challenge.
I started #ccc to help people find a way to stay and endure the "growing pains" here. And, once #ccc is mature and strong, more can join and then invite people to open accounts.

Happy Friday!
Have a great weekend!
