Its his, he can only dump it once.
As liquid steem it loses value to inflation.
As sp it takes much of the 15% sp holding inflation, you get more if you have sp and stinc, et al's, loot isn't held in sp.

The biggest problem i see is spam and selfvoting.
That is mostly et al's treating us like their personal piggy banks.
Until the average users knows that, this is what we get.
