It is not just people posting crap and getting high rewards. There are the people who post quality original work and build up a following of real people who reward them with upvotes, and then are flagged by a whale because they don't think their work 'fits' with Steemit. By the way the comments on this post are similar to the discussions we had in Tsu before that failed. I wonder if the money issue will always create these problems: that the platforms get taken over by idiots just wanting to make money, and/or throw their weight around
