Trump announces "tent cities" for the caravan of Honduran immigrants
The president of the United States, Donald Trump, has announced his intention to build "tent cities" in which to stop members of the migrant caravan and Central Americans seeking asylum while their requests are resolved.
"We are going to build tent cities, we are going to put tents on all sides, we are not going to build structures - to spend hundreds of millions of dollars - we are going to have tents, they are going to be very beautiful, and (the migrants) are going to wait, and if they do not receive asylum they will leave, "Trump said in an interview on Fox News. "When they realize what's going on, we're going to have a lot less people coming," he added.
