I guess, I am very late to see your post. Up Voted still as you deserve it as I was suffered 'no Steem Power' error twice already.
About resteeming, is it only worth resteeming it after 30 mins just like our UpVote gives us 100% curation rewards, or we can resteem good post as early as we found a good post..Please clarify me about this.
