Yah, not sure why this could be happening. It does affect the voting power. Im not sure if this is an isolated issue, but @craig-grant was having the same problem.
I signed up for SteemVoter but it gives me the error Login Error, try again! It did not email a code to confirm. To verify my email was entered correctly I clicked on forgot password and it emailed me. I still can't log in.

It is one thing to use a bot to be "social," but an entirely different thing when a bot takes you over and then is social.
Especially when you are not even using a bot!

Maybe its just effecting you big fish. Because you may not notice a litte amount getting siphoned
