I think the best feature that is missing on these sites is allowing users to share earnings to whomever they choose on a given post (including comments)... so far there is no built in way to do this on Steemit.com or busy.org.

Beneficiary rewards, yeah, some of the alt sits have it I think.
I know you could do it on this site, but I think this feature is long overdue as being standard for the "free sites" that don't partition rewards (examples that do, D.Tube, Steepshot). It could definitely bring a lot more options for collaborative posts, and could help increase reward opportunities for newer members (and has potential in contest scenarios).
