My strategy right now is just to engage with people in my spare time. Honestly now that peoples votes are worth so much more, and since the value of steem itself could skyrocket in the future, even people with moderate and small accounts are pretty valuable followers. The only person who isnt worth connecting with on here is someone who doesnt take part in the network
