HitBTC is such a garbage exchange. Should have known since they traded Bitconnect long after its demise and only stopped fairly recently.

If you take a look at their listing, they have several coins' trades halted because they are manipulated into outliers with pump and dump crap. I swear that is the place where those groups hang out.

Then, there's @poloniex holding people's money hostage. lol
