Thanks for your post! It give me a very clear picture of all the asset in the world. I just don't know Bitcoin is actually not that big scale. But what surprise me most is that steem is not so small compare to bitcoin. As originally O think there should be a big diffent between them!
We are at ground floor of Steemit.. I consider ourselves as foundation of this platform, we have the power to make it go vital

We will see today what happens to the price. The poloniex wallets are back open and I think that had a lot to do with the price staying down!
I am not sure if this has something to do with the price of Steem....
The biggest exchange locking down deposits and withdrawals usually has an impact on price, one way or another.
That spike to 89K sat was 5 min following the fork. It lost all steem (pun intended) Once people realize they couldn't do anything with it! We were going to see 100K sat. that day I believe!
Nice of you to put Steem in there. I had seen this pic without Steem and I wondered where it would fit in. Great work! Steem is poised for massive growth and we get to grow with it all the way. Just awesome.

Nice recovery I was worried that steem would tank to $1.5 but poloniex fixed their wallet issued and that gave the price a bit of recovery !!
I am not sure if that was the reason, but could be....

Der Rewardpool sinkt weiter. Anzahl Powerdown ist niedrig. Liquid steem in etwa gleichbleibend.

Ja und zwar gewaltig, wenn der weiterhin so sinkt, haben wir keine lange Freude an HF19... Liquid Steem ging heute wieder runter, vor allen dingen geht die Anzahl der Powerdowns taeglich runter.... das siegt soweit ganz gut aus...
Man sieht an den eigenen offenen Posts, wie der potenzielle payout kontinuierlich sinkt.
Aber letztlich ist das trotzdem gut für die Plattform. Es sind einfach mehr Wölfe, die sich um das Futter balgen.
Hat aber eher damit zu tun, das der Preis runtergeht, und die Berechnung 3.5 Tage verzoegert ist. Das heisst in 3.5 Tagen sollten die Posts wieder mehr anzeigen, da der Preis ja wieder nach oben geht...

Is it just me or are payouts shrinking quicker than before. I had one that has almost been cut in half with still a couple days left before payment. So I can easily see it going under half by the time it pays out. Just seems to me payouts are falling faster. Maybe it's just me.
Its because the price of Steem went down and the calculations are always 3 days behind or so....

Yeah! Imagine if you could buy cheap Facebook stocks in the early days! This is a similar situation, lets hope for the best and make this platform awesome together!
I can hardly wait for the day when we are mainstream. We can all meet up at a future Steemfest, enjoy some fine food and drink, and swap stories about the early pioneering days when Steemit was a tiny online community of early adopters, dreamers, and believers.

It is really amazing to see exactly how much value is in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. Imagining where it could lead and how expansive the future can be is exciting. Bitcoin is still the leader, but there are so many diverse cryptos that Blockchain in all its forms will replace many legacy systems.
Like the graph representation of things most people have heard of. Didn't know the stock market has so much value does this include derivatives? Anyone else have any problems with deposits on Poloniex. Mine hasen't shown up for an hour.
