Emotional Integration

Emotional Integration is a therapeutic technique created by Master Maha Vajra, used by thousands of people, Psychologists, Psychiatrists and Therapists around the world.
The dynamic is very simple, it is based on any discomfort, pain, sadness or depression is dissolved when, instead of running away from it, we decided to pay attention consciously.
