Worried about building a team!

Please note that to be successful you need to follow this 3 principles

1. Commitment: take actions daily towards succeeding in your business. This could be making new contact and building relationship with new prospects, sharing your business opportunities to existing prospects physically or online chatting or via social media

2. Duplication: that’s leveraging and building a structure! Have tools/systems that your team or downlines can easily copy so they do same thing you are doing without you being there! If you are still doing for them and their team it means you have a job and not really leveraging!

3. Give it time: this comes in 2 aspects
   I. Coming in with high expectations that as you come in register and expect returns to come in a shortest time! It doesnot necessarily happen this way! You need to register, learn your business and give it time to grow! It’s not strange to hear it takes 3years for one to become financially free from building a formidable team

ii. You can do your business part time of full time but not spare time or when you feel like it! Because you will not get results! The persons putting in 5 hours every day to build their business will not have same results with the ones spending 1hr in a week
