Heh, well coming in on the wings of motivation, I've actually outlined my personal goals pretty early on -- posting em publicly, as motivation research suggests. They're mostly about engaging with the community and learning about STEEM and crypto in general a bit every day. Also creating a bit of content on the topics I'm interested in, but that "small post every day" is not something I can manage just yet, that was a bit overoptimistic -- I can't "focus" enough ideas for that, but doing well on my
I'm an introvert who does not engage with people on other social networks, like, at all. But I really should, so I'm using STEEM as a motivator, more like a game than an opportunity to earn -- I don't have the spare cash to invest in anything nor the content that could have a wider audience. Doesn't mean I don't optimize a portion of my upvotes for SP -- getting those power points at all feels good already! (Plus the idea that my upvotes can matter more later on).
PLUS it gave me an excuse to start scribbling stuff, which while terrible at, I kind of love.
Well, I think you should work on that here. Engagement is probably the number 1 factor in order for people to follow and see if they are interested in what you have to say / post.
Other than that I'll agree. As soon as steem's price climbs again every vote will have bigger weight!
