  1. Don't post too much
  2. If you post ~4 posts in a row, wait a day before and after otherwise there will be a penalty
  3. If you post at some regular frequency, every 6 hours is good.
  4. Edits do not seem to count in my testing
  5. Only posts count, comments do not.
