My biggest advice would be to comment and make friends with other users. The more you comment the more people will react to you. And, pick your tags carefully. Since you're only able to put up to 5 tags per post, make sure you choose the right ones that people are actually searching for. You can find the different tags here on the website in the drop down menu in the upper right corner.
