RE: Everything you Need to Get Started Fast with Steemit, Social Media that Pays [Complete Tutorial with Screencast]

Wow, that was really excellent. I have many YouTube stories and blogs I would like to post over here, but not sure how to do it. Google really bitch slaps your SEO if you copy a blog and post it somewhere else, so I don't want to recreate a whole blog here. Is there a good way to post here and redirect people to my YouTube Channel or website?

Glad you enjoyed it, Tarrin, and good to see you here!

It's my understanding that what matters is where the text was posted first. Google will treat that as the original source and discount the copies.

You can post a link to your website and ask people to subscribe to your YouTube channel but Steemit is more Medium than Reddit or Facebook, so there is an expectation of a full content experience among the curators.

So of the articles I have are very in-depth and it would be a bitch to try and rewrite them over here. I would rather copy the content and post it up here. I also have some comedy articles I used write that need a new home. I wonder if comedy would be received well on Steem or if this is too serious here.

I've been surprised by some of the stuff that has been upvoted here, so no harm in trying.
