You do have a point. I've tried honest comments and found myself in the crossfire of SJW whales.

Personally, my consequence is to diversify my risk and run several accounts independently from each other, so that if something happens, not all is lost. Also, I started using the "mute" button a lot and I also won't comment content by female users anymore. They seem faster agitated than male ones.

In terms of this sanitized nice-culture, well, ignore it and dive into your own niche. At least, that's why I hope is possible here.
