I´m a clear example of what you said, I´ve been here for almost 6 months, and persistence made me achieve a good amount of SP, I don´t have the money to invest so I had to invest time. And it paid of, I haven´t reached thousands of SP, but that the goal, as you said is, the more, the better, because in some years it will be worth a lot of money.
