Great breakdown of this topic @financialcritic, I've been wondering about the herd mentality thing for a while, and I know that the bots don't make a real ROI but I have noticed that the quicker I get the number up on a post, the more likely I am to get more organic votes on it. It's kind of like a better version of post promotion to me, though I find @booster to be kindof a waste to be honest. @randowhale has been good and sometimes gives an actual return.
