How does reputation work? I'm still new to this steemit thing.
Your reputation is a function of how those users with higher reputation (weighted by their stake in the project) have voted on your posts.

what is the threshold when you say low, is it a negative or 2 and below?
Negative. For me at least. Others can decide for themselves.
It is not about low reputation score. It is about how voting is working, the practical manual?
