Billy Cooper is indeed an important figure in Australian Aboriginal rights. Well worth investigating.
Hmm, I am not familiar with these folks but it seems they are known for talking about alien contact. I wouldn't be able to comment on the veracity of their specific claims, but as a general matter, I do not believe that humans on earth are the only intelligent being in the universe.
