Tempe Bacem (without coconut water) recipe
Ingredients
10 pieces of tempeh
4 cloves of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 bay leaves
1 segang galangal finger
2 tsp coriander powder
50 grams of brown sugar, a fine comb
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tsp salt
200 ml of boiling water of concentrated tea
500 ml of water
Step
Puree onion, white and galangal.
Saute for a while, then add water, bay leaves, brown sugar, sweet soy sauce, coriander powder, salt and tea water. Stir well.
Enter the tempe, cook until the sauce shrinks and the seasoning is absorbed into the tempe.
Drain the tempe. And fried until browned.
