Oseng Cakalang Asap Cabe Ijo
Ingredients
1/2 tail of tuna
5 cloves of garlic
7 cloves of red onion
10 red curly pink
5 cayenne pepper (to taste)
15 cabe rawit ijo
1/2 tomato fruit
2 pieces of candlenuts
1 slice of galangal
2 bay leaves
to taste sugar, salt, sweet soy sauce, flavoring

Step
Clean the fish, suir2 be suwiran not too big, set aside
Blend spices: onion, garlic, cayenne and red curly, galangal keprek
Cut 2 chilli miring2 small, set aside
Saute the seasoning, add bay leaves and cayenne pepper sdh cut, add water
