DONAT POTATO
Material:
500 grams of high protein flour (chakra)
200 grams of potatoes (steamed, mashed)
75 grams margarine / butter
100 grams of sugar
100 ml of ice water
4 egg yolks
50 grams of milk powder
1 small sachet of instant yeast (11 grams)
1/4 teaspoon salt
Topping: refined sugar, meises, cheese etc as per taste
How to make:
- Mix the flour, sugar, yeast & milk powder in a large bowl, stir well, make a hole in the middle, enter the egg yolks, stir back, enter the potatoes, stir well, insert ice water a little bit then knead the dough until dull, enter margarine & salt , knead again until the dough elastic dough, round batter, cover with plastic wrap, let stand 40-60 minutes.
- Kempiskan dough, weigh 50 grams each dough, rounded back, let stand again 20-25 minutes.
- After profing the second heat cooking oil, hole the middle of the dough with your finger, fry the dough in hot oil with low heat until cooked, just 1 x turn for each side, lift, drain and let the new cold topped to taste (me: sprinkle sugar donuts), serve.
