Create you own original content. Something you are good at and knowledgable about - whether that be photography, chopping wood, or underwater basket-weaving.

start with writing about things you enjoy and are passionate about and perhaps others will enjoy reading it. The more frequent you write the more people will see it and begin following you, just like any other social media platform. Don't do it to make money, do it because its something you really enjoy doing.
