I'm sure the investor-minded ppl would like that... They already introduced RC limits to make you get Steem int eh first place, whcih sucks for new people. Paying to vote more... I don't like pay-to-play systems at all. Limits to voting power make sense to me. The RC system is wack though, could use improvement...
Yea maybe just for people under a certain amount of SP. I know a lot of minnows who burn through all of their VP as soon as they start bc they aren’t aware of the limitations. Then it takes them a week or so to recharge and they lose interest bc they cannot do anything.
