Hello steemians, today i woke up with an unusual rush of worries like.. what do i have to do today? what am i gonna eat as breakfast? what lectures do i have today?did i do the laundry yesterday?did i give the cat milk yesterday before i went to bed? what am i gonna wear to school today? is @geyzee okay? how am i gonna get to school? sighs
I spent over 5 minutes trying to get my head straight by repeating the mantra"its all gonna be okay". That helped in relieving the worry thou, but i got to know that you don't have inner peace when you worry a lot.
There's this popular saying that "WORRYING DOES NOT TAKE TOMORROWS PAIN BUT STEALS TODAY'S PEACE". Well, its a known fact that worrying is a thought of negative nature and in my last post..

I clearly said "IMAGINATIONS ARE THINGS", so when you are overwhelmed by negativity, there would be no room for positive reasoning.
