True, I think it's actually possible to comment from reading a paragraph or two. In fact I got angry at someone who did that to me the other day, and then apologised, because it actually was a fair point, and I always leave a "let me know below paragraph at the end of my articles.
But yeah, reading the whole thing and commenting, is much more likely to get my attention.
