I'm glad this is being talked about sooner than later. The thing is, Steemit already has a great brand behind it and thousands of people marketing it, so it's very well known. With that said, it's still good to have a backup plan in case anything else does come up. But I believe if Steemit gets a hold of this technology, there will be no competition. But either way, Steemit has already made a strong disturbance in the market and big eyes are already looking to make it the main platform of social media. Great post!

Thank you, i appreciate what you are saying. I would keep everything as is and continuing the development of steem and steemit.....just inside EOS. To everyone else there would be very little difference, only eventually, greater performance, scope and interoperability.
