Good points, but it is not hard to destinguish between people and bots.
If somebody posted 10 comments with the same text in topics that were just opened when he posted, then the chances are pretty slim for this person not being a bot

I see what you are saying. I think that the right way is to change the game...convince the creators of steem and the 200,000+ users you are right. Like I said, don't hate the player, hate the game. I am a player in the game, if I just decide I want a new rule for all that doesn't make it a rule. Writing your own rule to censor bots off of everyone's feed I still think is wrong.
Write the code to protect your own account and offer it to people who are interested in it only? Maybe that is your answer.
Or...find out how to change the entire game.
I have no choice but to obey any rule change made by everyone including the developers. Get them to agree and allow them to code in the changes.
Finally...I am not saying that I support bots, saying I support the game as it is. I still will always enjoy a "good post" comment left on my posts.
